You don't need to do a lot to get a lot out of some gentle stretches and a few calming breaths. Available in person or through your digital device.
8 sessions. We can do light stretches and breath work while you stay in your work clothes, at your desk, or wherever you choose!
If you can spare 30 minutes, we will breathe in a healing way that reduces stress, stretch, balance, and breathe again. Allow fresh oxygen reach every body part, especially the brain! You staff will come back extra productive and happy!
A Hatha yoga class that is fit for all levels. Poses are held for 2-3 breath cycles, so it's not too fast and not too slow. It's meant to meet people where they are. Prioritize your health and you will find that this class will take care of you.
Mindful meditation through movement or art--Helps to balance out the brain hemispheres so people learn to trust their analytical and creative sides!
Got 15 or 30 minutes at your desk? We'll stretch with attention to routines and then add some creativity to the mix!
With markers and building toys, we will be building mandalas as a tool to learn about ourselves. This is a guided activity to reveal to people how comfortable they are with letting each brain hemisphere take charge and to let the two sides (and the gut! ) communicate seamlessly though this awareness.
Workshop for groups. Design with felt, both in freestyle and through guided steps to help you journey inwardly. We use seasonal images. Great fit for Girl Scout groups, conventions, and retreats. We can weave movement, stretching, and coloring into this workshop.
