I love inspiring everyone to optimize their health. With my integrative health and yoga background, I can inspire your employees to optimize their own health. I make personal choices that help me optimize my alertness, minimize brain fog, and keep up my energy throughout the day. I love to share what works for me with others. For example, I choose to hack my sleep so I can get the best quality sleep with the magical 6.5 hour time slot that is associated with a longer life. You don't need to do a lot to get a lot out of some gentle stretches and a few calming breaths!
Available for 1 session or 8; We can do light stretches and breath work while you stay in your work clothes, at your desk, or wherever you choose!
If your staff has 30 minutes, we can breathe in a healing way (abdominal breathing,) stretch, balance, and breathe again. Let fresh oxygen reach every body part, and everyone will smile at the end!
A Hatha yoga fit for all levels. Poses are held for about 2-3 breath cycles, so it's not too fast and not too slow! Comfortable clothes would be best for this class.
Help staff balance out their brain hemispheres so they can trust their analytical and creative sides!
15 minutes or 30 at the desk? We'll find some fun routines to stretch the wrists, obliques, and even do some leg lifts! Unlike yoga, this class introduces specific patterns in the movement that we do with the left and right side, and then we break the patterns and see how we feel about that. Moving purposely in 3D space is a great way to stimulate and balance the brain hemispheres!

I will provide mandalas and building blocks and guide you to meditate as you build your mandalas. You can color-in, or build. While you work, I guide you to listen to your inner dialogue between your hemispheres.
